Although our church was restored by Palm Sunday 2006, volunteer faith-based relief workers continued to visit our community until March 2009, helping to rebuild the lives of those who lost their homes and were under or unisured. We housed groups (of up to 30) for short-term mission trips from all over the United States in our church. Art Moss served as site manager and Melanie Moore served as host/coordinator. Over 1,500 volunteers were housed at our church.
